Based in Hong Kong, we operate where the suppliers are. We speak the language — literally and culturally — and we represent your company on the ground so you don't need to maintain a local office.

Our model is straightforward: clients pay manufacturers directly. KM Global earns either a project fee or a small commission. No markup. No hidden costs. No conflict of interest.

Kate has over 10 years of professional experience across Greater China and international markets, combining a background in civil engineering with deep expertise in cross-cultural business communication and sourcing operations.

With direct working experience in China, Hong Kong, and Europe, she understands both the technical requirements European buyers bring, and the operational realities of Asian manufacturing environments.

Fluent in 4 languages, Kate bridges the communication gap that causes the majority of sourcing failures — and structures the entire process to protect her clients' interests from first contact to ongoing supply.
